Stake Pioneer Trek

Last Thursday the 7th of August, we left on the trek. It was so much fun, I had a blast!!! It was a wonderful experience!!! It went for three days, but i missed the last day because I left early for our family reunion!!! On thursday i woke up at 5:00am to get ready to go, we met at the church at 6:00 and left by 6:30. Then we met the rest of our stake at the stake center, where we had a breif fireside then left on our way to the Santa Cruiz Mountains!!! When We got there we split up into our families, laoded our handcarts, ate breakfast, and started our journey up the hill!!! We hiked and pushed the handcarts for a while, then we all met up at a place where we did some activities!!! And then we were off again!!! Finaly after a long day we got to our campsight. We ate dinner, dessert and had a devotional!!! Then we split off to the guy and girl campsights!!! I got great sleep!!! Most people didnt, so i was lucky!!! We slept under the stars!!! Then in the morning the girls had to push and pull the hancarts up to meet the boys!!! Then we were off to another day!!! That day was all hiking!!! When we got to our destination we played some games, ate dinner, square danced, and sang songs!!! Then we had a fireside!!! It was a great day!!! Then it was time for bed and for me to go home!!! That was such a great experience!!! I willl never forget it!!!
